Privacy
What this website does with your photo and your details, in plain English.
Who is responsible
benjjamink, a tattoo artist working in Dublin, runs this website and is responsible for anything you send through it.
The try-on tool
The photo you add is opened on your own phone or computer. It is not uploaded, stored or seen by anyone, and it is gone when you close the page.
If you tap “Send this to benjjamink”, the finished picture (your photo with the design on it) is sent along with your request. You can take the picture off before you send.
What a request contains
- Your first name.
- One way to reach you: a phone number, an Instagram username or an email address, whichever you chose.
- Anything you chose to add: the design, where you want it, a rough size, a message, a picture.
To stop the form being abused, the site also keeps a one-way fingerprint of the internet address a request came from. It is only used to limit repeat sending.
What it is used for
To reply to you about the tattoo you asked about. Nothing else. There is no mailing list, and your details are never sold or passed on.
Who can see it
Only benjjamink. Requests are held by Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website, on his behalf.
How long it is kept
Requests and their pictures are deleted automatically after 90 days, or sooner if benjjamink deletes them once you've spoken.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and has no advertising or tracking on it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what you sent, or for it to be corrected or deleted, at any time. Message benjjamink on Instagram. If you're unhappy with how your details were handled, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission.
